Café Trang’s entry into the Duke City began in July of 2005. We are a local, family-owned and operated business. Since the Summer of 2005, Café Trang has shared our family recipes to our fellow Albuquerque residents. Our main goal is to provide our customers with a clean and healthy dining environment (just exactly like how we would cook and eat in our own home).
Café Trang uses the freshest and finest ingredients in preparation of our abundant selection of entrees to provide you with delicious Vietnamese dishes. Our signature homemade grilled meats are made using a combination of 15 different ingredients and spices. To top it off, our marinating process takes up to 3 days until our meats are perfectly tender and tasty.
Come and try our specialty beef or chicken noodle soups. Both of our broths (beef and chicken) are slow cooked and left to simmer for up to 12 hours. Imagine the richness of our stocks satisfying your every taste bud cravings...
